The Merseyside office has its operations team based in Widnes, Cheshire, and an Accounts facility in Liverpool.

The office covers the “greater” Merseyside area, including, south Lancashire, Cheshire, The Wirral, and North Wales.

Led by Managing Director Patrick Crean and director and Manager John Roberts, the team pride themselves on the high levels of service that they provide and have a clear understanding of the expectation of clients. With over 80 years of combined experience between us, we’re an efficient group!

Evan Crean is Assistant Manager and is also an EPC assessor.

Josh Roscoe works on all councils and reports, going above and beyond for everyone!

Lucy Roscoe works on your local searches as well as marketing.

Shannon Crean is our senior co-coordinator, handling queries and orders.

Nia Crean finalises local searches, nothing gets past her!

Simon Wilcox is our EPC assessor and search agent.

Kathryn Crean deals with accounts.
