As part of that process a Search Provider must understand this. We at Index believe you cannot offer the level of personal and detailed service that is required from a central automated IT system. In fact we believe that conveyancers have unfortunately become accustomed to a poor, ‘hands off’ style of service. One size does not fit all.

The Index East Central office is led by office manager Kris Vine who has nearly a decade of experience in delivering unrivalled customer support to our clients. Kris is supported by Jamie, Samantha and Sharon in the operations team; Rod, Layton and Jamie who look after our drainage reports; Nicola, Mark, Paul and Yazmynn our expert searchers; Chris and Michael who oversee quality control and James our business development manager. The expertise of our team combined with our dedication to a personal approach to customer support is what really makes us stand out from the crowd.
